Security Deposit - 30000 / 50000.
The cost applicable is per day, for the Community Hall plus Dinning area in the basement.
Payment can be made through Cheque / NEFT / RTGS.
Total Rooms available = 5 ( 2 rooms are free for full day booking)
No Rooms for half day & 4 hour slot booking
Chargeable each room cost = 2000 + Gst (18%)
We would require Full payment in advance including Deposit Amount for confirmation at the time of Booking.
You will be handed over the possession of the Community Hall @ 11.00 PM on previous day and you shall vacate the hall positively by 10.30 pm on your function day. Delay in vacating the hall shall incur extra charges per hour as applicable ON Pro-rata basis.
Extra Hour Charges will 10% per hour for full day and half day booking
Extra Hour Charges will 30% per hour for 4 hour slot booking
Decoration has to be compulsorily done through our official Decorator M/s. Dilip Decorators. Cell No. of Mr. Sudhakar – 8097740807
Parking: Two cars available inside the compound. This can go up to 5 cars subject to availability.
Catering - You have to select from Panel of FAS Caterers, Cooking is to be done strictly in the area/kitchen provided for the same. No cooking or food preparation shall be allowed in the Compound of The Fine Arts Society.
The Booking is not be transferable and non refundable in case of cancellation.
However, If due to any unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel your Hall booking then Cancellation Charges will be as a percentage of the Hall Rent shall be levied as under and shall be at the sole discretion and satisfaction of the Board of Trustees:

| 2. | Less than 90 days but 60 days prior to the Booked Date | 50% |
| 3. | Less than 60 days but 30 days prior to the Booked Date | 75% |
| 4. | Less than 30 days but 15 days prior to the Booked Date | 90% |
| 5. | Less than 15 days prior to the Booked Date | 100% (No Refund) |
Shifting charge – 25% + applicable GST of the base amount.
Refund will be done after 15 days of the event.
