1)Auditorium with A.C. sound & lighting will be made available during the above period.
2)Additional hire charges @ 30% of hire charges, per hour shall be charged if usage extends beyond the slot timings.(If i.e. No programme)
3)Seating Capacity – 1275. (No Extra Seat) Stall-762 & Balcony-Seating Capacity – 513
4)Sec. Deposit – Rs.50,000 per slot (Refundable) after the programme with in 15 to 30days.
5)To co-ordinate with Dilip Decorators, Mr.Sudhakar (+918097740807) for tables, chairs, etc on the stage.
6)To co-ordinate with Mr Harshal(9372669770) for clarity on available sound & lightings & any additional requirement.
7)To co-ordinate with Mr.Basanta Ghosh (Vicky) (9867417102/9324644046) for Refreshment.(Out Side Food Not Allowed)
8)You will be allowed entry into the Auditorium 1 hour before the slot booked.
9)Payment of Rs. 6100 per slot, to be made to Yellow Volunteers’ group (for doing ushers duty).The same has to be paid in cash on the day of the programme to the group directly.
10)Censor Board Licence  to be obtained by you.
11)IPRS & Other copy right Licence  to be obtained by you for any Musical Programme.
12)You will be allowed to display one backdrop on the stage inside the auditorium.also you may display one banner at the main entrance & 1 or 2 standees of not more than 6ft x 3 ft size in the Art Plaza.
13)There will be no sticking, nailing, on the walls, staircases, bannisters, etc. whatsoever.
14)Maximum Two Cars Allowed inside the compound for Parking.
15)Stage Size 40by 32(with out wing),Stage Size 30by 32(with wing)
16)All the payments will be done by cheque/DD/Pay order or NEFT.
17)Refund / Invoice will be issued within 15 to 30 days after the programme.
18)We would require Full payment in advance including Deposit Amount for confirmtion of the Booking.(Temporarily booking will be done for only three days)
19)Cordless/lapel/collar mike Rs.500 + Gst per mic.

The Booking shall not be transferable and non refundable. However, If due to any unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel your Hall booking then Cancellation Charges will be as a percentage of the Hall Rent shall be levied as under and shall be at the sole discretion and satisfaction of the Board of Trustees: of the Hall Rent shall be levied s under and shall be at the sole discretion and satisfaction of the Board of Trustees

2.Less than 90 days but 60 days prior to the Booked Date 50%
3.Less than 60 days but 30 days prior to the Booked Date 75%
4.Less than 30 days but 15 days prior to the Booked Date 90%
5.Less than 15 days prior to the Booked Date             100% (No Refund)

Shifting charge – 25% + applicable GST of the base amount.
